Cleanslate is actively recruiting a Chemical Operator Associate to join our Production team. Responsibilities:

• Review production batch requirements & follow managers instruction.
• Collect and stage all raw materials needed for batches using FIFO.
• Weigh all raw materials accurately, complete proper documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy for batch records.
• Experienced with batching equipment – pumps, hoses, mixers, etc.
• Prioritize all assigned work according to weekly coverage and complete work assignments on time.
• Must follow all safety guidelines and encourage a safe work environment.
• Understanding of OSHA & EPA regulations.
• Must follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Attributes:

3+ years of batching experience
Excellent numerical skills
Ability to read and interpret instructions
Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack
Bilingual Preferred – (English/Spanish)
Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of weights and measure and the ability to compare them
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Highly dependable, organized, and a team player
